Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the CE Ready Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open only to individuals and businesses based in the United States. By participating, you represent and warrant that you are a U.S. resident or U.S.-registered entity.

CE Ready reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of CE Ready. You have no authority to bind or represent CE Ready in any way.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission equal to 30% of the net order value for qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.

“Net order value” means the final purchase amount after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.

CE Ready reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with notice.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked using a unique affiliate link provided upon approval. Only purchases properly tracked through this link will be eligible for commission.

CE Ready is not responsible for:

  • Tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or technical issues
  • Incorrect use of affiliate links

5. Payout Terms

  • Payouts are issued monthly on a net-30 basis
  • Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the transaction date
  • A minimum balance of $100 is required for payout
  • Balances below $100 will roll over to the next payout period

Payments are issued in USD to U.S.-based affiliates only. Affiliates may be required to submit a valid W-9 form prior to receiving payment.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

If a transaction is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the associated commission will be deducted from your account balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates agree not to:

  • Use their own affiliate link for personal purchases (self-referrals)
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices
  • Misrepresent CE Ready’s products, pricing, or services
  • Use spam, unsolicited communications, or illegal promotion methods
  • Impersonate CE Ready or present themselves as an official representative

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Paid Advertising Policy

Affiliates may not run paid advertising campaigns (including search, social, or display ads) using their affiliate links without prior written approval from CE Ready.

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords, including but not limited to “CE Ready,” without explicit permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use CE Ready’s brand assets (logos, trademarks, and marketing materials) only as provided and in accordance with any brand guidelines.

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of CE Ready.

10. Termination

CE Ready may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked
  • Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of this Agreement

11. Limitation of Liability

CE Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program.

12. Modifications

CE Ready reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
